Summary:

  • Basic Salary: $2,600 – $3,500
  • AWS + Variable Bonus
  • Location: Islandwide (Site Visits Required)
  • Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 8:30 AM – 6:00 PM

Key Responsibilities:

1. Project Planning & Coordination

  • Perform site surveys and prepare proposals for projects.
  • Support project planning, execution, and tracking to ensure deadlines and budgets are met.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to achieve project objectives.

2. Technical Support & Engineering

  • Review technical drawings, reports, and specifications for compliance.
  • Work with engineering teams and consultants to assess feasibility and optimize designs.
  • Handle technical queries from stakeholders promptly.

3. Site Supervision

  • Monitor project progress through regular site checks and meetings.
  • Identify and address issues, streamline operations, and enhance workflow efficiency.
  • Provide guidance and share expertise to maximize team productivity.

4. Quality Assurance & Control

  • Ensure adherence to QA/QC standards throughout project phases.
  • Minimize errors and reworks by following ethical and professional practices.
  • Comply with local regulations and industry standards.

5. Health, Safety & Environment (HSE)

  • Enforce safety procedures and promote a safe work environment.
  • Ensure all project activities follow company SOPs and HSE policies.
