Job Scope:

Project Engineer

  • Plan, coordinate, and oversee engineering projects from initiation to completion.
  • Liaise with clients, consultants, contractors, and internal teams to ensure project requirements are met.
  • Prepare, review, and monitor project schedules, progress reports, and technical documentation.
  • Supervise site activities, ensuring work complies with safety, quality, and regulatory standards.
  • Provide technical support, troubleshoot issues, and recommend solutions to keep projects on track.
  • Monitor resources, materials, and manpower to ensure timely project execution within budget.
  • Attend project meetings, update stakeholders on progress, and resolve potential conflicts or delays.
  • Ensure all project documentation, handover reports, and as-built drawings are completed accurately.

Assistant Engineer

  • Coordinating with trained and certified operators to ensure proper staffing for assigned tasks.
  • Verifying receipt of correct quantities and materials, updating inventory and work order details accurately within the ERP system.
  • Ensuring production processes are executed under controlled and standardized conditions.
  • Setting up machinery and equipment in accordance with specified parameters and procedural guidelines.
  • Monitoring operators to ensure adherence to work instructions and operational procedures.
  • Providing technical and operational support by resolving day-to-day issues faced by operators.
  • Maintaining a clean, organized, and safe work environment.
  • Suspending production if serious issues arise to prevent defective output.
  • Analyzing and investigating defective products or production problems encountered during shifts.
  • Upholding environmental, safety, and health policies and procedures.

Service Engineer

  • Robot Maintenance Working with three main products: Robot, Controller, and Aligner. Responsibilities range from inspection to packing.
  • Hands-on Work The role involves 80-90% hands-on tasks.
  • Onsite Support Visit customer site to perform trouble support / maintenance job.
  • Report Writing Preparing reports based on inspection results and submitting them to customers.
  • Warehouse Support Checking incoming goods and performing inventory counts.
  • Facility Maintenance In-house Facility maintenance tasks
  • OT will be required depend on the situation.

Job Requirements:

  • Diploma or Degree in Automation/Mechatronics/Mechanical/Electrical Engineering or an equivalent qualification.

  • Class 3/3A driving license is required

  • Understand Drawing and knowledgeable in Measurement will be an advantage

  • Hand-on experience
