Position: Business Development Intern

Job Description

Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with the founding team to identify and pursue new opportunities.Assist in outreach, onboarding and operations of these opportunities
  • Conduct market research to analyse industry trends, identify potential clients, and assess competitor strategies.
  • Assist in the development of marketing materials, presentations, and proposals.
  • Support in establishing and maintaining relationships with clients, partners, and stakeholders.
  • Visit sites to provide customer support, training and gather insights
  • Take actions to improve current product for better user experience
  • Support product design, assembly, and prototyping, including testing and iteration of hardware and system components.
  • Designing and generating documents and processes for successful projects
  • Analyze collected data on concrete strength and temperature to generate insights related to productivity and sustainability. Generate records and report of trials
  • Actively contribute to team meetings, brainstorming sessions, and strategy discussions.

Requirements:

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Passion for traditional industries, particularly construction.
  • Proactive mindset with a willingness to learn and take on new challenges.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
  • Currently pursuing a degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering, or related field (preferred).
  • Availability for a full-time commitment of 3 months or longer.
