Responsibilities:

Position Summary:
The Senior Manager, HR Business Partner will support the HR Business Partner for Apical Group. This role will drive HR strategies across multiple business units, including workforce planning, talent acquisition, performance management, compensation & benefits and ensuring compliance with local labor laws. The role will also contribute to HR projects and initiatives aligned with Apical's overall business strategy.

Key Responsibilities:
Business Partnership & HR Strategy – Build strong relationships with business leaders to drive value-adding HR activities, ensuring alignment with strategic objectives.
Talent Management & Development – Attract, develop, and retain top talent through workforce planning, recruitment, training, performance management, and career development initiatives.
HR Policies & Compliance – Formulate, enhance, and implement HR policies, ensuring compliance with local labor laws, ethical standards, and company regulations.
Compensation & Benefits – Conduct salary benchmarking, design competitive compensation structures, administer benefits programs, and ensure equity in pay practices.
Employee Relations & Engagement – Foster a collaborative and open work environment through effective communication strategies, conflict resolution, and employee engagement initiatives.
Organizational Development & Change Management – Implement group-wide initiatives in organization development, talent management, and leadership development to support business growth.
HR Operations & Data Management – Ensure accurate HR data reporting, budget planning, payroll administration, and preparation for internal and external audits.
Regulatory & Legal Compliance – Monitor labor laws, government reporting requirements, and industry regulations, ensuring HR policies and practices remain compliant.
Stakeholder & Vendor Management – Collaborate with external HR service providers, manage recruitment agencies, and oversee outsourced HR functions as needed.

Requirements
A bachelor's degree in HR or related discipline
At least 12 years of proven hands-on HRBP experience working in a MNC or large corporate environment with manufacturing asset. Exposure to soft commodity and/or chemical domain preferred
Strong key stakeholder engagement skills are a pre-requisite
Has successfully manage across diverse culture and operating environments
Possess good communication and presentation skills
Business savvy and able to translate business needs to HR plans
Willing to travel.
