Job Description

We are seeking a dynamic and passionate HR professional to join a healthcare institution's HR team. In this role, you will play a key part in implementing strategic HR initiatives and serve as a business partner to internal departments throughout the entire employee lifecycle — from recruitment to offboarding.

You will take on a consultative approach in collaborating with stakeholders on manpower planning, talent acquisition, employee engagement, and retention strategies. You will also provide first-line advisory support on HR matters while ensuring HR practices remain compliant with internal policies and national employment regulations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Partner with department heads to align HR strategies with operational needs

  • Manage the end-to-end employee lifecycle (recruitment, onboarding, engagement, and offboarding)

  • Lead or support manpower planning and resourcing strategies

  • Ensure HR practices comply with Singapore's Employment Act and fair employment guidelines (TAFEP)

  • Provide advisory support on employee relations and HR policy matters

  • Contribute to talent management, employee retention, and workforce development initiatives

  • Support data-driven HR decisions through manpower analytics

Job Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resource, Business Administration, or a related discipline

  • At least 3 years of experience in HR business partnering, talent acquisition, or similar HR functions

  • Familiarity with Singapore Employment Act and TAFEP guidelines

  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills to engage stakeholders at all levels

  • Able to work independently in a fast-paced and evolving environment

  • Analytical mindset with experience handling HR data

  • A team player with a proactive and solutions-focused mindset
