In this role, you will be responsible for driving client engagement, promoting our courses, and supporting the overall growth of the organization. Your expertise in sales and marketing will be key in developing and executing strategies that enhance our brand presence, attract new clients, and retain existing ones. What We're Looking For:
Key Responsibilities:
- Client Engagement: Proactively engage with potential and existing clients to showcase and promote our training programs, understanding their needs and offering tailored solutions.
- Relationship Building: Cultivate and nurture long-term relationships with clients to ensure high levels of satisfaction, repeat business, and client retention.
- Sales Tracking & Reporting: Track and analyze sales performance for our training courses, team members, providing regular reports and insights to refine strategies and boost results.
- Team Collaboration: Collaborate with digital marketing, Customer services and Training teams to develop and implement effective marketing campaigns and initiatives that drive growth and meet business objectives.
- Ad-hoc Tasks: Support various sales and marketing projects, including event coordination, content creation, and promotional activities, to enhance the training center's presence and performance.

- Strong Communication Skills: Exceptional verbal and written communication abilities to effectively engage with clients, stakeholders, and team members.

Job Requirements
- At least Diploma in Marketing.
- At least 5 year of sales/marketing experience, preferably in a Training center.
- Class 3/3A Singapore License is an advantage.
- On-the-job training will be provided.
- Singaporeans & Permanent Residents are welcomed to apply.
