Part of your role includes growing and engaging our social media followers with the MTV Entertainment brands.
**Responsibilities**
**Social Media and Digital Marketing Management**:
- Manage MTVE's social media platforms and digital channels, ensuring alignment with branding strategies
- Implement and schedule digital promotions, both division-specific and brand-specific, collaborating with the brand team to meet campaign objectives
**Marketing Campaign Implementation**:
- Execute marketing initiatives across various digital platforms to boost brand visibility and engagement
- Collaborate with agencies and affiliate partners to develop campaign materials
- Coordinate assets and campaigns with all local teams across Asia to ensure consistency and alignment with overall marketing strategies
- Provide marketing administrative support to ensure smooth day-to-day operation of the department
**Performance Monitoring and Reporting**:
- Monitor, track, analyse and report on social platform performance
**Qualifications**
- Bachelor's degree in marketing & communications with 2 years of social, digital and/or media and content-related experience
- A good understanding of contemporary trends in consumerism and youth. Passion for music would be a bonus
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in a dynamic and global environment
- Excellent interpersonal skills which will enable you to interact with a wide range of personalities and build effective relationships at all levels of the organization
- Highly organized, collaborative self-starter with who can work under pressure, set priorities, handle multiple projects, and meet tight deadlines
- Excellent research, writing and editing skills with a flair in creativity and design
**Job Types**: Full-time, Contract, Temporary, Freelance
