Job description:

  1. Prepare chocolate confectionery, ice cream, & beverages according to recipes & specifications.

  2. Assist in the development of new products & flavours

  3. Ensure kitchen / work stations / equipment are clean & tidy for food preparation

  4. Ensure food hygiene & safety standards are comply

  5. Assist with shop operation when required

Requirements:

  1. Pastry school trained

  2. Experience in working with chocolate preferred

  3. Willing to work on roster based on retail hours

  4. Fresh graduate from pastry school welcome
