Core Responsibilities

  • Serve as a Trusted Relationship Manager, offering Financial Management solutions such as Wealth Protection, Investments, and other secondary Banking products/services
  • Engage clients through Branch walk-ins and Tele-prospecting using the Bank's expansive client database
  • Conduct Client Profiling consultations to assess financial needs and goals
  • Meet clients at any of the Bank's branches, cafes, restaurants, or other locations at your clients' convenience
  • Collaborate with expert teams and utilise cutting-edge digital tools to deliver excellent client service
  • Ensure compliance with all regulatory and internal policies (training provided)

Requirements:

  • Exclusive to Singaporean Citizens and Permanent Residents (PRs) only
  • Minimum Local Diploma, or any Degree (per Monetary Authority of Singapore (MAS) regulations)

    *Private Diploma candidates must have completed 900+ training hours - contact me to confirm your eligibility
  • Attain core CMFAS exam modules before commencement (guidance and reimbursement provided)
  • Willing to Hustle: 5.5-day work week (weekday office hours + Saturday mornings), with flexibility to meet clients outside regular hours
