- Working Hours: 5.25 days (Mon - Fri, 8.30 am pm; Alternate Sat, 8.30 am am)

**Key Responsibilities**
- Be overall in charge and coordinate with the warehouse supervisor for proper planning of operations
- Manage inbound and outbound activities of warehousing operations to complete daily tasks on time
- Communicate with internal and external stakeholders for operational arrangements
- Coordinate with warehouse staff to solve issues related to inbound and outbound processes
- Ensure accurate and timely data entry to support inventory, movement, cycle count, and store-take reports
- Prepare and submit weekly/monthly reports and plans for management
- Perform other duties as assigned when needed

- Minimum 2 years of related working experience in Warehouse Management or Customer Service
- Knowledge of ERP system (SAP preferred)
- Proficient in MS Office (Excel, Word & PowerPoint)
