**You Need To........**
- Provide directions to manage the performance of the warehouse & logistics members
- Manage daily operations to ensure on-time delivery to customers
- Maintains receiving, warehousing, and distribution operations by initiating, coordinating, and enforcing program, operational, and personnel policies and procedures
- Deliver effective KPI reporting with agreed and achievable measures including consistent follow-up
- Close coordination with supply chain colleagues and customer service/ key account managers on inventory allocations and backorders
- Understand end-to-end processes and develop SOP for standardized processes and execution
- Ensure inventory accuracy by means of implementing cycle count procedures and leading annual stock take
- Deliver cost optimization; analysing variances; initiating corrective actions
- Identify, evaluate, and execute process improvement opportunities and cost savings initiatives
- Lead and negotiate transportation & warehousing RFQ process
- Understand, interpret, and ensure compliance with all import/export regulatory requirements

**Salary**: $4,500.00 - $6,000.00 per month

**Experience**:

- Logistics/Warehouse/Supply Chain: 10 years (required)
- Team Management: 5 years (required)

License/Certification:

- Class 3 Driving Licence (required)
