We are looking for Ware Executive to drive Warehouse Team performance to attain superior service level.

**A day in the life of...**:

- Plan and coordinate a team & forklift drivers in ensuring all orders for the day are delivered on time in full, with minimum waiting time.
- Responsible to update Staff KRONOS data and preparing scheduled reports (Attendance/ KRONOS/ Overtime/ Absenteeism/ Late In/ Monthly Disciplinary Status).
- Daily monitoring of MHE status. Work closely with Engineering dept on Material Handling Equipment regular maintenance and repairs.
- To drive and lead SHO/SOR/WOR and conduct team coaching; and to participate actively in NCE activities.
- Plan and monitor put-away / picking activity status / progress and undertake necessary action(s) where required.
- Manage and ensure general warehouse housekeeping is maintained at the highest standard.
- Plan and organize stock checks in meeting department KPI.
- Manage damaged stocks disposal at CRW in collaboration with Admin team. Minimize operational issues and stock discrepancies.
- Ensure zero accidents - encourage safety chats and culture and observe non-compliances.
- Set adequate target values for warehousing service and cost KPIs, and keep tracked KPIs close to the target values
- Drive/Support cost saving initiatives to improve performance and cost of the warehouse operation.

- Strong operational experience in warehousing and practising warehouse best practices
- Successfully lead and developed and managed teams
- Knowledge in write off and raking management
- Experienced in SAP and end-to-end inventory management
- Must possess good leadership skills
