Infectious Diseases Dept, Asst Manager/Senior Executive

You provide administrative support to ensure the smooth-running of the CGH HIV Programme and maintain the institutional HIV database to ensure timely reporting of KPIs to NHIVP. You will also assist the HIV programme director in research and quality improvement projects related to HIV medicine and sexual health, and takes part in publicity and education projects that target healthcare workers and/or the general public.

Responsibilities:

  • Contribute to the strategic direction and development of effective mechanisms for enhancing the CGH HIV Programme
  • Provide administrative and secretariat support to meetings, including the HIV multi-disciplinary meetings and ad-hoc meetings between the HIV team and other stakeholders.
  • Maintain a database of the patients' clinical management and outcomes, as stipulated by the HIV programme director
  • Assist with HIV and sexually-transmitted infection clinical research and quality improvements projects as assigned by the HOD
  • Facilitates smooth running of sexually-transmitted infection clinic, including data collection and the implementation of programmes for at-risk populations.
  • Cross covers projects within the ID department as instructed by HOD

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Health, Science, Engineering or any other relevant discipline
  • Prior experience in healthcare will be advantageous
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office, PowerPoint and Excel
  • Good interpersonal & communication skills
