Join our team at SingHealth Academy and play a vital role in advancing healthcare education and training across Singapore's leading healthcare cluster. We are seeking a Senior Executive to provide essential support in driving and implementing transformative initiatives that shape the future of clinical training. You will be instrumental in ensuring the smooth operation of educational programmes while supporting pre-employment clinical training and workplace training grant matters that develop the next generation of healthcare professionals.

What You'll Do:

You will support Pre-Employment Clinical Training (PECT) initiatives at the cluster level, developing policies, tracking performance standards and implementing innovative programmes. You will perform central administrative functions for education matters and support academic and teaching appointment matters for PECT and Clinical Educator (CE) recognition schemes. Your role includes providing secretariat functions for regular meetings, writing minutes and coordinating with stakeholders and partners. Additionally, you will provide planning and execution support for events and projects organised by SingHealth Academy, making a meaningful contribution to healthcare education advancement.

Job requirements:

  • Degree in any discipline
  • Relevant working experience in the healthcare or tertiary education industry will be advantageous
  • Strong oral and written communication skills, with the confidence and maturity to interact effectively with staff at all levels
  • Team player who is independent and resourceful, with a good work ethic and strong initiative
