About the Role:

We are looking for passionate and customer-focused Sales Associates to join our team for a luxury boutique operation. This role offers an exciting opportunity to work with high-end fashion and engage with C-SUITE clientele in a premium retail environment.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Oversee daily store operations and ensure seamless customer experiences.
  • Deliver exceptional customer service while upholding the brand's luxury image.
  • Handle client inquiries and resolve concerns professionally.
  • Execute sales plans, marketing events, and promotional activities.
  • Provide valuable customer insights and feedback to store management.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.
Requirements:
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in high-end fashion, luxury retail, or a similar role.
  • Strong customer service skills with a passion for luxury brands.
  • Interest in fashion and appreciation for high-quality products.
  • Excellent communications skills
  • Team player with excellent communication skills and a pleasant demeanor.
  • Basic computer skills
