Are you passionate about building systems and maintenance work? We're looking for a proactive and reliable Building Maintenance Technician to be part of our team. If you enjoy hands-on technical work and solving problems to keep facilities running efficiently, this role is for you
Key Responsibilities
- Carry out general building maintenance, repair, and servicing works
- Perform preventive maintenance and troubleshooting for M&E (Mechanical & Electrical) systems
- Conduct routine inspections of M&E fixtures, cooling towers, and chillers
- Supervise term contractors during repair works and M&E system testing
- Respond promptly to fault reports, service breakdowns, and customer requests
- Identify and report operational irregularities
- Ensure accurate and timely completion of maintenance logs, checklists, and schedules
Maintain full compliance with building regulations and fire safety standards
What We're Looking For
- 2–3 years of relevant experience in building or facilities maintenance
- NITEC in Building Services, Electrical, Mechanical, Facility Technology or equivalent
- Strong knowledge of mechanical, electrical, and building systems
- Basic proficiency in MS Word and Excel
- A reliable team player who is independent, self-motivated, and service-oriented
Willing to work on rotating shifts, including weekends and public holidays
