**Key Responsibilities**
- Conduct the preparation of payroll and ensure the timely updating and maintenance of employee files, including documentation of new hires and resignations.
- Engage dynamically in the recruitment process by crafting job descriptions, posting advertisements, and orchestrating the hiring sequence.
- Maintain records of employee attendance, EEO data, and other relevant data in compliance with policy requirements and legal obligations.
- Review employment and workplace conditions to confirm legal compliance.
- Administer employee compensation and benefits, ensuring alignment with organizational directives and legal statutes.
- Undertake benchmarking for compensation and benefits to stay competitive in the marketplace.
- Support the annual salary assessment and revision process.
- Oversee the performance management system, upholding standards for routine employee evaluations.
- Manage and resolve employee complaints, grievances, and disputes.
- Administer protocols related to employee discipline.
- Take charge of coordinating measures that ensure employee safety, welfare, and overall wellness.
- Assist in ad-hoc accounting and administrative tasks as assigned.
