What's This Role About?

As a Mobile Retail Consultant, you'll be the face of leading mobile brands, helping customers find the right devices, plans, and services. This is a sales-driven role with excellent earning potential and great career growth in the retail sector.

Working Hours & Location:

  • 5 days work week (9 hours per shift, between 10am – 10pm)
  • Islandwide locations available

Job Responsibilities

  • Assist customers with purchasing mobile devices and related services
  • Recommend products based on customer needs and preferences
  • Explain device features, mobile plans, and ongoing promotions
  • Handle sales transactions, contracts, and basic technical troubleshooting
  • Upsell additional products or services to maximize customer satisfaction
  • Stay updated on the latest mobile technology, products, and promotions
  • Provide excellent after-sales support and customer service

Salary & Benefits:

  • Basic : $2100 + Commission + Incentive
  • Attractive Commission earn up to $4,000/month
