Job Requirements:

  • Degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or related Engineering discipline.
  • Minimum 2–5 years of experience in construction projects, preferably in semiconductor, industrial, or commercial building sectors.
  • Proficient in interpreting construction drawings and using project planning tools.
  • Strong coordination, communication, and problem-solving skills.
  • Able to work under pressure and meet strict project deadlines.
  • Good proficiency in English and Chinese (spoken & written) to liaise with Chinese-speaking associates.
  • Candidates with significant experience may be considered for a senior role with higher compensation.
  • Fresh graduates with relevant academic background are welcome to apply.

Job Description / Responsibilities:

  • Supervise and plan the installation of HVAC systems, including ducting, chilled water piping, AHUs, FCUs, exhaust systems, and BMS interfaces.
  • Review and approve HVAC shop drawings, technical submissions, and material samples to ensure compliance with project requirements.
  • Collaborate with M&E consultants, main contractors, and subcontractors to resolve technical issues on-site.
  • Ensure works are carried out according to specifications, codes, safety regulations, and quality standards.
  • Participate in site meetings, inspections, and liaise with clients and relevant authorities.
  • Track site progress and provide timely updates to the Project Manager.
  • Support testing and commissioning activities such as air balancing, leak testing, and cleanroom readiness.
  • Prepare and maintain QA/QC records, inspection checklists, and as-built documentation.
  • Take on additional duties as required to support project delivery.

  • 5-day work week (Mon – Fri, 8:00 AM – 5:30 PM
