Responsibilities

  • Sales and development in General Trade- FMCG
  • Identify and source for new customer accounts and business opportunities
  • Identify sales gaps and work with manager to propose close gap measures
  • Conduct regular customer visits to understand customers' needs and to improve customer retention and relationship
  • Generating and developing sales to achieve assigned sales targets and monthly KPI.
  • Planning and executing promotion at the outlets to meet trade excellence.
  • Regularly servicing stores as per designated coverage.
  • Performing to DSO/debt collection and resolving long outstanding where applicable.
  • Opening new outlets and attending sales enquiries.
  • To achieve individual management monthly & yearly sales target

  • Manage & monitor customers' payment

  • Other ad-hoc jobs as assigned

Requirements

  • Minimum 1-2 years' sales experience in similar role/industry
  • Basic + Transport + Commissions
  • Good to have existing connections with Food Services / General Trade customers
  • Sales-driven
  • Basic PC knowledge & Microsoft Office
  • Individuals must have own vehicle
  • 5 days work week
