Visual Merchandising & Product Presentation

  • Oversee all in-store displays, product aesthetics, and visual presentation to ensure a consistent brand experience.
  • Maintain and refresh product displays in alignment with new collection launches and seasonal themes.
  • Propose materials, colour palettes, and styling concepts to enhance product appeal.
  • Be abreast of display trends and interior themes, both locally and internationally, to ensure store presentation remains current and inspiring.

Retail Store Management

  • Plan and optimize store space layout for maximum product exposure and traffic flow.
  • Manage inventory movements and coordinate stock placements to support sales objectives.
  • Conduct regular store inspections and ensure compliance with VM store guidelines / checklist.
  • Collaborate and communicate with sales teams and store in-charge to ensure visual merchandising aligns with sales strategies and customer engagement objectives.

Visual Displays & Promotions

  • Design and implement in-store visual merchandising setups, including props and accessories.
  • Ensure all price tags (clear, easy to read, USP emphasis), point-of-sale materials, and promotional posters are accurate and visually consistent across all stores.

Consumer Communication Materials

  • Prepare and finalize product lookbooks and upholstery catalogues for sales and consumer distribution.

Coordination & Event Support

  • Experience in setting up new store or showroom openings will be preferred.
  • Support store renovation and maintenance projects, ensuring minimal disruption to store operations
  • Plan event spaces and layouts for promotional activities and launches
  • Develop mood boards and presentations to support collection launches and internal approvals.

Education & Experience:

  • Diploma or Degree in Merchandising, Retail Management, Interior Design, Marketing, or related field.
  • 1-2 years of experience in retail merchandising, preferably within furniture, home décor, or lifestyle categories.
  • Proven understanding of consumer behavior, visual merchandising principles, and retail space planning.
  • Strong proficiency with Microsoft Office (Excel in particular)
  • Experience in AutoCad, SketchUp, Adobe Photoshop & Illustrator and Canva
