About the role

Fartech Engineering Pte Ltd is seeking a talented System Integrator Mechanical Designer to join our dynamic team in the Kaki Bukit East Region. This full-time role will be responsible for designing and integrating mechanical systems that are critical to our engineering projects.

What you'll be doing

  • Develop and design mechanical systems and components to meet project requirements
  • Integrate mechanical designs with electrical, control, and software systems
  • Perform detailed calculations, analyses, and simulations to optimise system performance
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of mechanical systems
  • Produce detailed technical drawings, specifications, and documentation
  • Support the installation, commissioning, and troubleshooting of mechanical systems
  • Continuously research and implement the latest mechanical engineering technologies and best practices

What we're looking for

  • Degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related field
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in mechanical system design and integration
  • Proficient in CAD software, such as AutoCAD and SolidWorks
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills with attention to detail
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams
  • Familiarity with project management methodologies and experience in managing complex projects
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and adapt to changing requirements
