Car Mechanic

About the role

We are seeking a talented and experienced Car Mechanic to join our team at FAS Autoworks Pte Ltd. As a Car Mechanic, you will be responsible for providing high-quality automotive repair and maintenance services to our customers. This is a full-time position based in the Kaki Bukit East Region.

What you'll be doing

1. Diagnosing and repairing a wide range of automotive issues, including engine, transmission, brakes, electrical, and suspension systems
2. Performing scheduled maintenance tasks such as oil changes, tire rotations, and inspections
3. Communicating effectively with customers to understand their concerns and provide expert advice
4. Ensuring all work is completed to the highest standards of quality and safety
5. Maintaining detailed records of all repairs and maintenance performed
6. Staying up-to-date with the latest automotive technologies and industry best practices

What we're looking for

1. Minimum 2 years of experience as a Car Mechanic or in a similar automotive repair role
2. Strong understanding of automotive systems and the ability to diagnose and repair a wide range of issues
3. Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills
4. Proficient in the use of automotive diagnostic tools and equipment
5. Good communication skills and the ability to provide excellent customer service
6. Commitment to maintaining a safe and organized work environment
7. Valid driver's license and own transportation
