Job Description

You will be assisting the Group HR Information System team in the development of the AI Bots.

Responsibilities

  • Assist in the development and prototype of AI-driven bots for use cases such as HR process automation, employee self-service and data insights
  • Support prompt engineering conversational design, and workflow integration using tools such as Microsoft Copilot Studio, Power Automate, or Workday APIs
  • Apply knowledge of generative AI tools (e.g. Microsoft Copilot, Workday APIs, etc.) to design practical solutions aligned with our Workday and broader HR technology stack
  • Document bot logic, configurations, and testing outcomes
  • Participate in brainstorming sessions to identify pain points and propose automation solutions
  • Conduct research on the latest AI tools and frameworks relevant to HR and enterprise use
  • Collaborate with existing HR Technology team members to co-create AI use cases
  • Perform any other ad-hoc duties as assigned

Requirements

  • Currently pursuing a Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Data Science, or any other related disciplines
  • Strong academic standing with interests in AI, automation, or digital innovation
  • Familiarity with generative AI tools (e.g. Microsoft Copilot, prompt engineering)
  • Basic experience with low-code/no-code platforms (e.g. Power Automate, Copilot Studio) is a plus
  • Understanding of REST APIs, chatbot logic or RPA concepts would be advantageous
  • Strong problem-solving skills
  • Good verbal and written communication skills
