**Allowance**:$1,000/month

**Working days**: 5 days a week

**Overall Job Objectives**: We are seeking an enthusiastic and detail-oriented **HR Intern** to join our HR team. The intern will provide support across various HR functions, including employee engagement, training, and administrative tasks. This internship offers an excellent opportunity to gain hands-on experience in HR operations and develop essential skills for a career in human resources.

**THE JOB**:

- Support the onboarding process by preparing documents and arranging orientation sessions.
- Ensure new hires complete necessary paperwork and are introduced to company policies.
- Update and maintenance of the staff personnel files
- Assist in preparation in Payroll
- Assist in granting consolidated documents
- Support and make recommendation to HR processes and practices
- Prepare and present key metric reports for the Global HR Team and the Leadership Team


**WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR**:

- Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, or a related field
- Strong in project management and communication skill
- Excellent analytical, problem solving and time management skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- A pro-active individual with the ability to work independently with minimum supervision
- Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality and professionalism
- Able to commit for 6 months for optimal development programme


**Key Deliverables**:

- Smooth onboarding experience for new hires with completed documentation.
- Accurate and updated employee records in HR systems.
- Successful execution of employee engagement activities and events.
- Comprehensive tracking of employee training progress.
- Timely support in ensuring compliance with HR policies and regulations.
- Contributions to special HR projects, providing actionable insights or solutions.
