We are hiring a Senior Executive to support the operations of self-funded programmes and the Interdisciplinary Graduate Programme.

Key responsibilities include:

1. Self-funded Programmes

  • Provide administrative support for the delivery of the programmes, including postgraduate programmes by coursework

  • Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders on programme arrangements

2. Thesis Advisory Committee Management

  • Verify the composition of the Thesis Advisory Committee complies with the university policies

  • Work with Associate Dean to ensure timely and appropriate approvals of TAC matters

3. Qualifying Examination

  • Verify that students meet prerequisites for the Qualifying Examination

  • Schedule and coordinate examination logistics

  • Ensure accurate completion and submission of examination reports

4. Student Engagement & Supports

  • Handle student inquiries and provide timely responses.

  • Organize seminars and events for graduate students.

  • Collaborate with the Student Club in planning and executing events or activities

Requirements:

  • A recognized university degree in any discipline

  • At least 3 years of relevant working experience preferably in the tertiary education sector

  • Experience in customer service and administrative roles will be an advantage

  • People-oriented and a strong team player

  • Able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
