Senior Executive, MSc Programme

The School of Physical and Mathematical Sciences seeks to hire a Senior Executive to support the administration of postgraduate coursework programmes. The position will cover programme administration, finance and fee processing, student services, and examination coordination.

Key Responsibilities:

Programme Administration and Operation

  • Ensure the preparation and upload of course content on NTULearn for all MSc programmes.

  • Coordinate Student Feedback on Teaching (SFT): preparation, distribution, and compilation.

  • Provide event support for programme-level activities and student engagement initiatives.

Finance and Fees Administration

  • Manage tuition fee collection and follow-up.

  • Administer Leave of Absence (LOA) fee collection.

  • Prepare tuition fee e-billing for submission to NSS Finance across all MSc programmes.

  • Process SkillsFuture claims for all MSc programmes.

Examinations and Assessment

  • Prepare Excel marklists for all MSc programmes.

  • Request and check exam question papers; coordinate with PAs for printing.

  • OIC for script checking: coordinate checkers, schedules, and logistics.

  • Support conduct of examinations and mark entry rotation.

Student and Academic Support

  • Provide administrative and operational support for MSc programmes as required.

  • Perform any other administrative duties assigned by the School or University.

Requirements:

  • Diploma or Bachelor's degree (or higher) in any discipline

  • At least 2 years of relevant work experience in tertiary education preferred

  • IT knowledge, proficient in MS office application

  • Demonstrated ability to understand and to work in an academic environment

  • Demonstrated ability in analytical, planning and organizational abilities

  • Meticulous

  • Able to work independently and as a team
