Primary Duties and Responsibilities

  • Assist with the development of the overall marketing strategy.
  • Manage and execute full spectrum of marketing communications to meet business goals.
  • Review and develop new digital marketing campaigns and strategies to reach target audience.
  • Content creation for social media platforms, Company's site and microsite; and EDMs.
  • Evaluate the ROI of all marketing initiatives and campaigns, and assist the team in analysing and optimising user funnels and other marketing platforms via Google Ad Manager and Facebook Ad Manager.
  • Support SEO/SEM efforts to increase quality traffic to Company's site.
  • Manage and maintain Company's digital platforms including updating the latest information and introducing new ways to improve the site's interface and user experience.
  • Perform any other duties as assigned by Senior Management.

Job Requirements

  • Degree or Diploma in Mass Communications; Digital Marketing or related discipline.
  • Minimum 1 to 2 years of proven working experience in a similar role.  Fresh graduates will be considered.
  • Good understanding and insights of current digital marketing trends.
  • Familiar with digital marketing concepts; tools and strategies.
  • Strong English proficiency with experience in creative copywriting.
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Highly meticulous and strong attention to details.
  • Predisposed to thriving in a fast-paced environment with the ability to pivot from one task to another at quick turnaround time.
  • Excellent team player and able to multitask efficiently.
  • Some knowledge of SEO/SEM, Facebook Ads, Google Adwords and Analytics will be advantageous but not a must. Training will be provided.
