Requirements
- Education: Diploma/Bachelor's in Quantity Surveying, Building, or Construction Management.
- Experience: 2–3 years as a Quantity Surveyor, preferably with interior design experience (Residential & Commercial).
- Preferred Chinese speaking Candidates
Skills:
Strong knowledge of costs, contracts, and materials in interior design.
- Proficient in cost analysis, budgeting, and contract administration.
- Familiar with quantity surveying software (e.g., CostX, Buildsoft).
- Knowledge of local building regulations (Singapore standards).
- Proficiency in Mandarin (spoken and written) to liaise with Mandarin-speaking clients, suppliers, and contractors.
- Qualities: Strong attention to detail, organizational skills, and ability to work under pressure.
