Responsibilities
  • Oversee daily export operations to ensure alignment with customer needs.
  • Coordinate with the Customer Service team and instruct third-party vendors on specific handling requirements for import and export.
  • Conduct daily toolbox meetings in the warehouse and ensure that housekeeping standards are upheld.
  • Identify and implement improvements in warehouse operations to meet set quality management objectives.
  • Collaborate with the team to ensure completion of daily tasks, particularly in coordination with customers.
  • Ensure safety, security, and quality regulations are adhered to by all warehouse staff to comply with operational standards.
  • Liaise with internal Customer Service representatives and designated service providers regarding daily export/import warehouse operations.
  • Manage third-party traffic service providers to facilitate smooth delivery and collection processes.
Requirements
  • At least 2 years of experience in the supply chain industry.
  • Ability to meet tight deadlines effectively.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
