Programme Ops Senior Executive, Enterprise Experience Solutions
We are looking for a Programme Ops Senior Executive, Enterprise Experience Solutions in the Enterprise Business Group (EBG).
As a Programme Ops Senior Executive you will collaborate with account managers, sales specialists, project managers, and the product team to be responsible for efficient service line operations along the quote to cash journey.
You'll be required to propose efficiency improvements, establish documentation structure, and ensure project efficiency. Your main responsibilities
Independently own the programme operations role – meeting with, coordinating, and enforcing RACI matrix amongst stakeholders, as well as enhancing the customer journey.
Engage Enterprise customers on resolution of delivery, support, and migration challenges in a timely manner.
Manage documentation structure, including product sales collateral and resources.
Ensure timely quotation and submission of orders, handle billing/waivers.
Oversee migration or upgrade projects
Solutions Programme Management - Ensuring MVPs get converted to Demos, POCs and actual customers, and following up with timely order processing and invoicing. Manage payments across multiple vendors.
Organise regular cadences with key stakeholders, to resolve and track operational matters
Tracking of Sales pipeline and order book, for tracking and forecasting
Qualifications
At least 5 years of programme management/operations, preferably at a software, tech, or telco company.
Industry and product knowledge of enterprise technology solutions would be advantageous
Possess excellent communication skills.
Resilient individual who is able to adapt to a dynamic environment.
Tertiary degree in Business Management, Engineering, Computer Science, or related fields.
