Job Scope and Responsibilities:

  • Attending to residents' request and complaints by manning the Information Centre counter and the information hotline.
  • Perform clerical duties such as data entry, filling etc.
  • Answer phone calls, emails, basic queries and assist in ad-hoc duties in the Information Centre.

Requirements:

  • Minimum GCE "O" Level Certificate, with at least a year of clerical work experience.
  • Speak English and one other offical language fluently
