About the role

Join the dynamic team at PQ Builders Pte Ltd as a Construction Project Manager. In this full-time role, you will be responsible for overseeing the successful delivery of construction projects within Singapore. Your expertise in project management will be crucial in ensuring the timely and cost-effective completion of these projects, while maintaining the highest standards of quality and safety.

What you'll be doing

  • Develop and implement comprehensive project plans, including budgets, timelines, and resource allocation
  • Coordinate and liaise with various stakeholders, such as clients, subcontractors, and regulatory authorities, to ensure smooth project execution
  • Monitor project progress, identify and mitigate risks, and implement corrective actions as needed
  • Ensure adherence to all relevant construction regulations, safety protocols, and quality standards
  • Provide regular updates and reports to senior management on project status and performance
  • Mentor and guide project team members to foster a collaborative and productive work environment

What we're looking for

  • Minimum 5 years of experience in construction project management, preferably in the Architectural works
  • Strong knowledge of construction methodologies, project management principles, and industry best practices. Preferably with prior experiences in MRT projects.
  • Proven ability to effectively manage multiple projects and meet tight deadlines
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
  • Proficiency in using project management software and tools
  • Relevant degree in Civil Engineering, or a related field recognised by PEB or IES
  • Certification in project management (e.g., PMP, PRINCE2) is preferred
