Role Overview

We are looking for an HR & Executive Support Executive to manage day-to-day HR operations while also supporting Aprisium's leadership team. This role is ideal for someone with 2–3 years of HR experience who is detail-oriented, organized, and eager to contribute in a fast-paced startup environment.

Key Responsibilities

HR Operations

·       Manage HR documentation, employee records, and HRIS updates.

·       Support recruitment activities: job postings, scheduling interviews, candidate coordination.

·       Handle onboarding and offboarding processes.

·       Manage payroll inputs, leave tracking, and statutory submissions.

·       Coordinate training, compliance, and employee engagement activities.

Executive Support

·       Provide administrative and coordination support to the CEO and leadership team.

·       Assist in scheduling meetings, preparing documents, and tracking action items.

·       Coordinate travel and logistics for leadership team members.

·       Support leadership communications (drafting memos, organizing team updates).

Qualifications & Skills

·       Diploma/Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.

· –3 years of experience in HR operations; exposure to executive/administrative support is a plus.

·       Familiarity with Singapore employment laws and HR practices.

·       Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to multitask.

·       Proficiency in MS Office/Google Workspace; HR software knowledge is an advantage.
