Responsibilities:

  • Lead and manage Green Mark certification projects, ensuring compliance with BCA standards.
  • Conduct on-site energy audits and inspect building systems (ACMV, lighting, indoor comfort) to suggest energy-saving improvements.
  • Prepare sustainability reports, including gap analysis, improvement plans, and cost-benefit evaluations.
  • Manage project schedules, deliverables, and communicate with clients to ensure smooth execution.
  • Support business development by preparing Tender/RFP/RFQ submissions and attending site surveys or briefings.
  • Drive sustainability initiatives and provide technical advice to improve building performance and efficiency.

Requirements:

  • Diploma/Degree in Mechanical/Electrical Engineering, Energy Management, Sustainable Building, or a related field.
  • At least 1 year of working experience as sustainability engineer in ACMV company/ project (Strong relevant experience)
