**Roles and Responsibilities**
- Develop and implement Minimum Functional Specification and Project Quality Plan
- Solve challenging problems pertaining to developing and integrating sustainable energy solutions including studies, equipment specification definition, system design, protection settings, operation logic, full system design and engineering support during tender, design, construction, commissioning and operation & maintenance.
- Collaborate effectively with multi-functional organizations both external and internal to understand needs and translate them into actionable plans, propose innovative solutions and deliver required results.
- Identify and manage vendor partners end-to-end, including contract negotiation, performance evaluation and alignment of strategic direction.
- Ability to define electrical system requirements, specifications and design criteria for sustainable solutions such as solar system, energy storage and other distributed energy resources.
- Designing of the solar system, energy storage system and other distributed energy resources including layout, single line diagram, schematic diagrams calculation of sizing and BOQ of material. Highly experienced with AutoCAD, Pvsyst and Homer preferred.
- Ability to lead proposal and negotiation; successfully achieve milestones and complete deliverables.
- Result-driven; with ability to proactively tabulate actions, drive action closure and implement effective solutions in a timely manner.
- Provide leadership and mentoring to the team of engineers

**Qualifications and Experience**
- Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering or equivalent
- At least 10 years of experience in sustainable solutions or renewable energy
- Experience in full turnkey projects are preferred

**Skills/competencies & Preferred Characteristics**
- Self-starter and ability to self-manage
- Able to perform in a fast-paced environment
- Familiarity with different PV system types (Ground/Floating) are a plus
- Can-do attitude, problem solver
- Knowledge of Microsoft Office and proficient in excel spreadsheet and formulas
- Flexible and Willing to learn
- Good understanding of work ethics and takes ownership of tasks
- Proficient in English with the ability to speak and read Mandarin
- Familiar with design software such as PVSyst, AutoCAD, Sketchup etc.
- Able to contribute and work efficiently as a team member and achieve objectives as a group
