Global Citizenship Brand Manager (Sales & Programme Development Role)

We're hiring a Global Citizenship & Heritage Brand Manager who will:
(1) Drive sales and project management across all Vivarch brands, and
(2) Lead the development, growth, and strategic direction of our global citizenship, cultural immersion, and heritage learning experiences.

What You'll DoDrive Sales & Manage Projects (Across All Brands)
- Prospect, pitch, and maintain strong relationships with schools, corporates, travel partners, and community organisations.
- Oversee all project planning, logistics, coordination, and programme execution.
- Ensure smooth delivery, client satisfaction, and project profitability.
- Represent Vivarch's full suite of enrichment brands (Global Citizenship, Life Skills, Arts, Wellness, STEM, Sustainability, Sports, etc.).
Lead & Grow the Global Citizenship Portfolio
Develop inbound and outbound learning experiences such as:
- International immersion and exchange programmes
- Cross-cultural learning journeys
- Global issues, UN SDGs, and social impact modules
- Ethnic and cultural appreciation programmes
- Heritage trails and community storytelling experiences
- Strengthen brand positioning and programme strategy.
- Identify new destinations, partnerships, and experiential learning trends.
Design & Enhance Global Citizenship Programmes
- Conceptualise and refine programmes centred on cultural diversity, heritage, identity, and global awareness.
- Ensure content is accurate, authentic, age-appropriate, and aligned to national/global educational frameworks.
- Collaborate with historians, cultural practitioners, guides, and international partners to ensure high-quality delivery.
Build Partnerships & Global Networks
- Work with travel operators, cultural institutions, embassies, NGOs, and global learning partners.
- Forge meaningful local and international collaborations to broaden programme reach.
- Champion understanding, empathy, and respect through global citizenship education.
What You Bring
- Passion for cultural learning, global citizenship, and intercultural engagement
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
- Business acumen with a proactive, solution-focused mindset
- Organised, adaptable, and collaborative
- Bachelor's Degree in any field (Humanities, Social Sciences, International Studies, or related fields preferred but not required)
Extra Kudos For
- Experience in outbound/inbound programmes, travel education, or cultural facilitation
- Knowledge of ethnic heritage, Singapore history, or global issues
- Programme development or curriculum design experience
- Sales, business development, or project coordination background
- Ability to engage diverse groups through cultural storytelling or experiential learning
