**Requirements:

- Responsible for the Global Integrated Brand Plan for defined products, providing direction and support for the Core Global Project Team and/or regional marketing and operational organizations to meet the global goals for the brand and/or TA. Represents Global Marketing in required Multidisciplinary project teams including project teams, leading the Launch Team, and leading Life Cycle Phase project management. Leads and coordinates all relevant commercial teams, including medical/ marketing teams (both globally, and with the regions and key markets where relevant) to ensure clear and consistent commercial strategies and commercial implementation.
- Develop the Global Integrated Plan for all defined Brands: Analyze market and product drivers as basis for defining leading brand strategies and tactical plan for brands. Ensure distribution, communication, and alignment with Areas/region/key markets.
- Lead relevant cross-functional teams to define and prioritize value-adding projects to maximize product value across globe (e.g. Brand Teams, LOE Task Force, etc). As applicable: run war gaming workshops, develop counterattack plans for the introduction of competitor brands into the market segments.
- Implement global tactics / deliverables which are part of the Integrated Brand Plan. For all activities, influence/ support key markets and regions to ensure appropriate implementation at a local level. Foster best practice sharing via regular Brand Forums.
- Support TA related commercial business cases on a need basis (e.g. BD projects, portfolio reviews, Long range forecasts, etc.)
Consolidate and monitor the brand budgets on a monthly basis and ensure budget control.
**Required Education / Qualifications / Skills:

- Master's degree level in Business/ Marketing and/or Science. MBA preferred
- Minimum of 7 years of experience in pharmaceutical marketing (preferrable in a key market) ideally in product management
- Team spirit to collaborate with internal teams (medical, market access/pricing, customer engagement, regulatory, legal) & cross-country brand teams & external agencies
- Fluent in English, writing and communication skills and preferably a sound knowledge of another language
- Outgoing with excellent communication skills, ability to lead cross functional teams
