About Us

MySmile Dental Group is a reputable dental healthcare provider with three clinics across Singapore. We are committed to delivering exceptional dental care in a modern, patient-friendly environment. We're looking for a dynamic and motivated Digital Marketing & Administration Executive to help grow our brand and support daily operations.

Job Responsibilities

Digital Marketing

  • Manage and update the company's website and social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, TikTok).
  • Plan and execute digital marketing campaigns, including SEM (Google Ads) and SEO strategies, to drive traffic and patient inquiries.
  • Create engaging content (posts, videos, newsletters, blogs) to boost online presence.
  • Monitor analytics, prepare performance reports, and recommend improvements.
  • Stay updated with the latest digital marketing tools and trends.

Administrative Support

  • Provide general administrative support, including scheduling, correspondence, and record-keeping.
  • Coordinate clinic appointments, activities, meetings and related events.
  • Assist in inventory management and procurement.
  • Handle patient inquiries and feedback professionally.

Requirements

  • Diploma or Degree in Digital Marketing, Business Administration, or related field (Graduate Diploma also accepted).
  • Proven experience in digital marketing, SEM, and SEO preferred
  • Proficient in Google Docs, Excel, PowerPoint, Adobe Illustrator, and familiar with key social media platforms.
  • Knowledge of photo/video editing and website management required
  • Strong organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to multitask and work independently.
  • Experience in the healthcare or dental industry is a plus.

Salary & Benefits

  • Salary: SGD 2,800 to 3,500 per month, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
