Responsibilities

  • Develop relevant and engaging content that reflects the values and services of our clients, particularly within the medical clinic space
  • Plan and produce creative digital marketing content and editorial calendars across platforms such as Instagram, Facebook, and TikTok
  • Stay up to date with the latest trends in digital marketing and healthcare, offering informed recommendations to support our clients' growth
  • Collaborate closely with the creative team to deliver high-quality digital assets
  • Conduct research into market trends, patient demographics, competitor strategies, and the full patient journey to drive engagement and conversions
  • Support the full campaign lifecycle – from initial planning and content creation to post-campaign analysis
  • Manage and prioritise multiple projects and timelines effectively
  • Analyse content and campaign performance, delivering insights to improve future strategies

Requirements

  • Experience in digital marketing, ideally with exposure to healthcare or medical clinic environments
  • Proven experience managing and growing social media platforms
  • Proficiency in design tools such as Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, Canva, and basic video editing software
  • Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently or as part of a collaborative team
