We are seeking an innovative and driven Chef to join our team and play a key role in scaling our culinary operations.
Job Summary: As a chef in our organization, your role will be pivotal in building upon the strong foundation we've established on our platform. You will bring innovation and creativity to our menu while respecting and enhancing the existing flavors and offerings.
Your mission is to take what's been built so far and elevate it to new heights, ensuring that our culinary experience remains exceptional and continually evolves to meet the ever-changing tastes of our customers. Your expertise and vision will be essential in shaping the future of our culinary offerings and contributing to our ongoing success.
Key Responsibilities:
Culinary Vision and Expansion Strategy: Develop and execute a culinary vision that aligns with our brand and supports growth. Lead the expansion into new locations, overseeing menu adaptations and kitchen setups.
Menu Standardization: Standardize recipes, cooking techniques, and presentation to ensure consistency across all outlets. Adapt menus to local tastes and preferences while maintaining the core brand identity.
Kitchen Operations Management: Oversee the day-to-day operations, ensuring quality, safety, and efficiency. Build and lead culinary teams for each outlet, emphasizing training and skill development.
Supply Chain and Vendor Relationships: Manage the supply chain for multiple outlets, ensuring timely deliveries and maintaining relationships with suppliers. Optimize ingredient sourcing to maintain quality and cost-efficiency.
Quality Assurance: Establish and maintain strict quality control measures to uphold the highest standards of excellence. Conduct regular quality audits and implement corrective actions as needed.
Innovation and Menu Development: Continuously innovate and update menus to keep them fresh, exciting, and aligned with culinary trends.
Expansion Strategy Collaboration: Work closely with the leadership team to plan and execute the multi-outlet expansion strategy. Provide culinary insights and contribute to business decisions.
Customer Experience: Ensure a consistently exceptional dining experience for all customers. Engage with customers for feedback and implement improvements as necessary.
Qualifications:
- Strong culinary skills, creativity, and a passion for innovation.
- Excellent leadership and team management skills.
- Effective communication and collaboration abilities.
- Business acumen with a demonstrated ability to contribute to strategic planning.
- Culinary diploma or equivalent certification preferred but not required.
Compensation:
Salary Base of up to $4.5k (Depending on experience), Commission and performance
