Inside Sales Executive

My client is a supplier of laboratory equipment and consumables. They are currently seeking an Inside Sales representative with experience in sales support and telemarketing, who is available to start immediately or on short notice.

What You'll Do

  • Make outbound calls to prospective customers and follow up on leads.
  • Achieve individual and team sales targets.
  • Provide excellent customer service and handle inquiries professionally.
  • To support outdoor sales in quotations and enquiries
  • How to use MS (Excel) to data analysis
  • To ensure smooth delivery for all confirmed orders.
  • Ensure all related paperwork such as quotations, purchase orders to Suppliers, deliveries are done properly
  • To provide after sales customer support if needed
  • Other ad-hoc activities assigned.

Requirements:

  • Min O/Nitec/Diploma in any Field
  • Singaporean Only

Benefits:

  • 5 Working Days, Office Hours
  • Salary range: Basic + commission (upon confirmation)
  • AL: 14 days - additional 1 day for 1 year serve, cap 20 days
