Location: Boon Lay

Working hours: 8am to 5pm (Monday to Friday)

Job Scope (Responsibilities):

  • Strategically manage warehouse in compliance with company's policies and vision
  • Oversee receiving, warehousing, distribution and maintenance operations
  • Setup layout and ensure efficient space utilization
  • Initiate, coordinate and enforce optimal operational policies and procedures
  • Adhere to all warehousing, handling and shipping legislation requirements
  • Maintain standards of health and safety, hygiene and security
  • Manage stock control and reconcile with data storage system
  • Plan work rotas, assign tasks appropriately and appraise results
  • Recruit, select, orient, coach and motivate employees
  • Experience in control inventory/ FIFO/ product expiry date in proper formula and format
  • Receive feedback and monitor the quality of services provided
  • In charge of stock take

Requirements:

  • Diploma or Degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, or related field.
  • WSQ or equivalent certifications in Warehouse Operations, Inventory Management, or Logistics Management.
  • Proven work experience as a Warehouse Manager (minimum 3–5 years) leading teams in cold chain / cold room warehouse (-18°C) and logistics operations.
  • Expertise in warehouse management procedures, cold chain best practices, and temperature-sensitive product handling.
  • Proven ability to implement process improvement initiatives.
  • Strong knowledge of warehousing Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) and performance monitoring.
  • Hands-on experience with Warehouse Management Systems (WMS), ERP, and inventory databases.
  • Knowledge of workplace safety, health, and hygiene standards applicable to cold storage facilities in Singapore.
  • Leadership skills with the ability to recruit, train, and manage warehouse & logistics staff.
  • Strong decision-making and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to work with internal teams and external partners.
