Responsibilities:**

  • Lead and manage AI-related projects in factories across Thailand and Indonesia.
  • Oversee supply chain optimization initiatives in Singapore and other Asian countries to enhance operational efficiency.
  • Collaborate with manufacturing teams to identify and propose suitable digital transformation (DX) solutions.
  • Define project scope and requirements in coordination with manufacturing staff.
  • Communicate user needs and project specifications to AI and software engineering teams.
  • Manage and enhance the in-house data analyst training curriculum.
  • Coordinate with HR to organize and deliver DX-related seminars.
  • Track training progress and propose future training plans.
  • Share best practices across Southeast Asia sites to ensure consistent DX implementation.
  • Develop and implement Microsoft Power Automate or Robotic Process Automation (RPA) solutions to streamline repetitive tasks in sales, finance, and other departments.
  • Promote DX initiatives and train employees across Southeast Asia to improve digital skills.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 3 years of experience in manufacturing processes and business operations in Southeast Asia.
  • Proven track record in executing DX projects, especially in AI and supply chain systems as a PMO
  • Experience in developing and implementing RPA solutions using Microsoft Power Platform (Power Automate and Power Apps).
