Job Title: Senior Executive / Assistant Manager - Digital Enablement & Transformation

About the Role

We are seeking a highly organized and proactive professional to join our department, specifically within the Digital Enablement & Transformation team. In this role you will focus on supporting and enhancing software applications used by both staff and patients.

You will act as a representative for the department and user community during User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and End-to-End (E2E) testing to ensure seamless interoperability of interconnected IT systems. You will partner with internal teams, third-party vendors, and application owners to ensure system readiness for launch.

As an application-expert, you will provide timely advice and support (in collaboration with vendors) to users who encounter technical challenges during their daily workflow or projects.

You will also support clinic operations to achieve key performance indicators and strategic deliverables. Working cross-functionally, you will analyse, identify and implement both immediate-term containment measures and long-term improvements to IT systems and applications. Your efforts will drive better system performance, higher usability, increased digital adoption, and improved outcomes in areas such as service transformation and technology enablement.

Key Responsibilities

• Represent the team during UAT and E2E testing efforts, ensuring end-to-end system readiness and interoperability across applications.
• Collaborate with business units and vendors to check readiness for go-live, verify system integrations, and support deployment activities.
• Monitor and support business users in application usage; troubleshoot, escalate and resolve technical issues in partnership with vendors.
• Lead or support continuous improvement initiatives: review key application functionalities, propose enhancements, improve user-friendliness and drive digital adoption.
• Partner with operations teams to monitor performance of IT systems, analyse usage patterns or fault trends, and define solutions to drive efficiency and effectiveness.
• Work across stakeholder teams to support strategic/tactical initiatives tied to service transformation and technology enablement.
• Manage multiple tasks under tight deadlines, maintain documentation, and report on progress to senior management.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in any discipline.
• At least 3 years of relevant experience, preferably in an IT role supporting operational functions.
• Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to engage effectively with internal and external stakeholders.
• Meticulous and collaborative team-player with a proactive problem-solving mindset.
• Strong organizational skills; able to manage multiple tasks under tight timelines.
