Lendlease Singapore is currently searching for an experienced Lease Administrative Executive to join our JEM leasing team.
Your responsibilities will include, but are not limited to;
- Contributes to the preparation and upkeep of routine lease and ancillary documentation for retail and office tenancies.
- Conducts quality checks to ensure compliance with Asset, Company and legislative requirements.
- Prepares accurate leasing and budgeting reports and presentations from lease management systems.
- Close collaboration with all functions of Centre Management Office on lease related matters.
- Liaison with external lawyers to ensure lease and ancillary documentation are in place.
To be a success in this role it is desirable, but not essential to have;
- 3-5 years of relevant experience and/or fundamental knowledge of the property management industry, and the theoretical concepts and principles of lease documentation, including the relevant leasing and property management legislation.
- Communication, analytical and organising skills, including the ability to liaise with varied stakeholder groups and prepare sound business reports.
