Job Responsibilities:

  1. Develop and execute the company's market brand strategy and communication plan, ensuring alignment with global brand guidelines and business objectives.
  2. Plan and execute a variety of integrated marketing and brand campaigns (online and offline) to enhance brand awareness, market penetration, and user engagement.
  3. Lead global integrated marketing projects, and be responsible for the expansion and maintenance of core media relationships, effectively integrating various media resources to continuously enhance brand exposure and reputation among the public and investment community.
  4. Monitor market dynamics, consumer sentiment, and competitor activities; assist in managing brand reputation and implementing timely public relations responses under supervision.
  5. Manage the brand marketing budget, track campaign performance against key metrics, and provide data-driven insights to optimize future brand strategies and resource allocation.

Requirements:

  1. Full-time Bachelor's degree or higher in relevant fields such as Journalism, Communications, Marketing, or a related diploma.
  2. Minimum 5 years of hands-on experience in brand management or marketing, with a proven track record of successfully executing brand campaigns.
  3. Possess a strong understanding of local Singaporean media landscape and marketing channels; demonstrated experience in developing and leveraging local media/KOL partnerships is essential.
  4. Strong command of systematic branding methodology and excellent project management skills. Experience in an international or regional corporate environment is a plus.
  5. Fluent in both English and Chinese (Mandarin) is highly preferred for effective communication with cross-cultural teams and target markets.
  6. Excellent communication, organizational, and cross-functional collaboration skills.
