We are looking for anexperienced and results-driven marketing professional with strong strategic, analytical, and leadership capabilities. The ideal candidate should have proven experience in developing and executing brand and marketing strategies, managing campaigns across multiple channels, and leading a team to achieve business objectives. Prior experience in the beauty, skincare, or FMCG industry will be highly regarded. Strong communication, stakeholder management, and project management skills are essential to succeed in this role.

Job Responsibilities:
  1. Brand & Business Strategy

  2. Develop annual and long-term brand strategies aligned with business objectives and global brand direction.

  3. Build comprehensive ATL and BTL marketing plans to strengthen brand equity, increase market share, and drive revenue.
  4. Translate consumer insights and market trends into actionable strategies for product launches, campaigns, and promotional activations.
  5. Lead forward planning for NPDs, ensuring successful launch strategies, positioning, and go-to-market execution.
  6. Partner with sales, trade, and e-commerce teams to ensure cohesive brand execution across all channels.

  7. Brand Development

  8. Lead end-to-end planning and execution of 360° marketing campaigns, including advertising, in-store, digital, and Public Relations initiatives.

  9. Drive social media and digital marketing strategies to grow brand visibility, engagement, and advocacy.
  10. Manage social media and digital marketing strategies to grow visibility, engagement, and advocacy.
  11. Oversee events, sponsorships, and partnerships to elevate brand presence and consumer experience.

  12. A&P Budget Management

  13. Manage the Advertising & Promotion (A&P) budget, ensuring optimal allocation of resources to maximize ROI.

  14. Track and analyze spending efficiency across ATL/BTL/EC channels, making recommendations for continuous improvement.
  15. Creating promotional content for boutiques tactical promotions to promote on social media
  16. Establish a strong media presence to gain new online customers and grow retention rate
  17. Planning and execution of brand's social content calendar and activities

  18. Social Media Management

  19. Develop and execute social media strategies to drive brand awareness, engagement, and community building across key platforms.

  20. Oversee content calendar, creative development, influencer collaborations, and paid social campaigns to ensure alignment with brand objectives.
  21. Monitor performance metrics, consumer insights, and competitive trends to continuously optimize social media presence and impact.

  22. CRM & Consumer Engagement

  23. Design and execute CRM campaigns to strengthen consumer loyalty, retention, and reactivation.

  24. Manage customer segmentation, personalization, and journey mapping to enhance consumer experience across online and offline touchpoints.
  25. Analyze campaign performance, consumer insights, and database growth to refine CRM strategies and improve ROI.
  26. Partner with HQ and retail teams to align CRM initiatives with global guidelines and local business needs.

  27. Brand Development & Equity Building

  28. Drive consistent brand identity and messaging across all touchpoints.

  29. Work closely with regional/global teams to adapt and localize strategies while safeguarding global brand equity.
  30. Monitor competitive landscape and consumer behavior to proactively identify growth opportunities.

  31. Leadership and Team Management

  32. Lead, mentor, and develop the brand marketing team, fostering a high-performance and collaborative culture.

  33. Build strong cross-functional alignment with sales, trade marketing, e-commerce, and retail operations.
  34. Provide thought leadership, inspire creativity, and champion innovation across the marketing function.
What we are looking for:

Qualifications & Experience -

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field
  • 6–8 years of brand management experience in beauty, FMCG, or retail industry
  • Proven track record in leading integrated ATL & BTL marketing campaigns
  • Strong financial acumen with experience managing A&P budgets
  • Experience in new product planning and market launches
  • Hands-on experience in digital marketing, social media, and influencer partnerships
  • Familiarity with CRM strategy, consumer segmentation, and loyalty programs
