Retail Sales Executive

About the Role

Are you passionate about Trading Card Games (TCGs)? Join our team as a Retail Sales Associate, where you'll be the face of MyRepublic's TCG retail operations. You'll engage with the community, assist walk-in customers, and promote our products and events while ensuring every customer has a great experience.

How you'll contribute to MyRepublic's success:

• Actively promote and sell Trading Card Game products, accessories, and related merchandise
• Assist walk-in customers with product recommendations, sign-ups for memberships/events, and service enquiries
• Build strong rapport with customers and TCG players, providing advice on decks, new releases, and product availability
• Support store operations, including tournaments, events, and roadshows
• Follow up with customers regarding orders, product reservations, and loyalty programmes
• Achieve individual and team sales targets through strong product knowledge and selling skills

We think you'll fit in great with us if you:

• GCE 'O'/'N' Levels; minimum 1 year of sales or retail experience preferred (fresh graduates with passion for TCGs welcome to apply)
• Passionate about Trading Card Games (e.g., Pokémon TCG, Magic: The Gathering, One Piece, Yu-Gi-Oh) and able to share knowledge with customers
• Bilingual in English and Mandarin (to effectively liaise with Mandarin-speaking customers and players)
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with a customer-first mindset
• Self-driven, independent, and motivated to achieve targets
• Willing to work shifts, weekends, and public holidays
• Knowledge of wireless and internet solutions will be an advantage (for crossover products)
