We are seeking a Retail Sales Executive to join our team and represent our exclusive collection of luxury jewellery pieces.

What You'll Do:

  • Engage and build strong relationships with customers, providing personalised service.
  • Achieve individual and store sales targets through effective client engagement.
  • Showcase and explain product features, craftsmanship, and after-sales services.
  • Maintain store presentation and ensure a premium shopping environment.
  • Support clientele activities to develop long-term customer loyalty.

What We're Looking For:

  • Previous experience in luxury retail, fashion, or jewellery sales preferred.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills with a passion for customer service.
  • Sales-driven, proactive, and able to thrive in a fast-paced retail environment.
  • Professional appearance and a keen eye for style and details.
  • Ability to work retail hours, including weekends and public holidays.
